Properties in Denmark
We manage and develop a platform of high-end properties, which as of 31 December 2021 included 141,000 m2 distributed throughout Denmark. On March 1, 2022, we sold 110,000 m2 of the portfolio to a foreign private equity fund. Our goal is to expand with more properties in Denmark.
Competitive advantage to tenants
The properties are all long-term leased in several different sectors – from office supplies to e.g. construction. The properties are located close to highways and infrastructure – which is one of our most important parameters.
