As of 1 November 2021, Pristine Properties took over the 5,741 m2 logistics / industrial property Ellehaven 6, 5900 Rudkøbing. The property is long term leased to Rufac.
The acquisition is part of Pristine Properties’ strategy to invest further and expand the portfolio – within the segment warehousing, logistics, light industry and production.
